You can now invite bandmates by email even before they have a Band Central account. In Band Users, enter an email address as before. If that person already has an account they are added right away, just like before. If they do not, you can send them an invitation instead of getting a dead-end "not found" message. The invitation email gives them two ways to join: open their personal invite link, create an account or log in with any email, and they are added to the band immediately; or get the app on the web, iPhone, or Android and sign up with the invited email address, and the band appears automatically. Either way works, so it does not matter which email they end up using. Pending invitations show up in the Band Users list with an "Invited -- pending" label, and you can resend or revoke any of them. Pending invites count toward your plan's member limit, so the limit and upgrade prompt stay accurate.
