Fixes a member-loss bug on the band settings page. If someone joined your band while you had the page open (for example by accepting an email invite), saving the page could silently remove them from the band: they would still appear in the member list but the band would no longer show up in their account. Band saves no longer touch the member list, and adding or removing a member now updates only that one person. This also fixes a smaller bug where removing certain members did not fully remove them.
