Deleting hides an item right away but keeps a safety window before it is permanently removed.
When you delete a song, lyric, or setlist
Deleting hides the item immediately but keeps it on the server for 30 days before it is permanently removed, rather than erasing it instantly. Deleting also clears that item's attached document and audio files from the "Update Dropbox Files" list on everyone's devices, so files for deleted songs stop showing up. This matches how the website and both apps work.
Deleted something by mistake?
Because deletions are kept for 30 days before they are purged, an item removed by accident can often still be recovered within that window. Contact support with the band and the name of what was deleted, and we can help while it is still inside the 30-day window.
