Setlists
A setlist references your songs — it does not copy them — so the same song can appear in as many setlists as you like, and setlists are shared with the whole band in real time.
A setlist lists your songs in order, each with its key, duration, and tempo. The same song can live in any number of setlists.Create a setlist
Go to the Setlists tab, tap + (or Add Setlist on the web), give it a name and optionally a date, venue, and notes, then add songs from your band's library. Because a setlist references your songs rather than copying them, adding a song to a set never duplicates it in your catalog, and one song can appear in as many setlists as you like.
Reorder songs
Tap Reorder (Arrange) to unlock dragging, drag songs into the order you want, then tap Done. Reordering is behind an explicit mode on purpose, so a song can't get dragged out of place by accident mid-show. On the website you can drag rows directly.
Breaks and running time
Add a Break row anywhere in the set for a pause or banter. Band Central adds up each song's duration to show the total running time, and break rows show the running time up to that point so you can pace the set. (The setlist total does not include break length.)
Change a key or tempo for one setlist
Inside a setlist you can override a song's key, tempo, or notes for that set without changing the master song — handy when you play a number in a different key for a particular gig or singer.
Print or export
The best printed setlists come from the website: open a setlist and choose Print for 1-, 2-, or 3-column layouts with adjustable font size and Save as PDF (breaks print as clear dividers). You can also export setlists and setlist songs as CSV or HTML.
